Our Process
1. Armada Design Center provides a free consultation to understand the full scope of your project. We will gather your needs, wants, and desired materials to determine what is needed from your Designer to accomplish your goals.
2. After the initial consultation, if design hours are needed, Your Designer will estimate how much time it will require to accomplish your project to your highest expectations. The best part? Armada Design Center discounts design hours to $135.00 per hour! Our goal is to see your project through to the finish line, beautifully, and at the best value.
3. If needed, your Designer will schedule time to visit your space and make sure they have all of the proper measurements to provide an accurate estimate.
4. The next appointment will be scheduled with you to go over the initial design concepts and selected materials. This is where the fun begins! You will get to visibly see what is being proposed for your project. If you are happy with the results, an invoice will be sent to you for payment and your Designer will begin ordering your materials.
5. If revisions are needed, your Designer will schedule a follow-up appointment whether virtually, or in-person to walk you through the results. But, don’t worry! If more revisions are needed, that’s OK! Armada Design Center is dedicated to making sure the design and materials you receive meet your highest expectations. If another revision is needed, we have you covered!
6. Once materials have been ordered, your Designer will provide you with estimated dates for materials to arrive. If Armada Design Center is providing installation for you, your Designer will coordinate the right time for you, and the contractor performing the work, to execute the install.
7. Once installation is complete, your Designer would love to have professional photos taken of your project to showcase their amazing work, and your fantastic ideas, on our website and social media. If you approve, they will schedule a photographer.
8. Your Designer gets rewarded for every 5-star review that they receive! They will ensure they perform 5-star service and provide you with a link to leave your review. This is a fantastic way to share your experience with others and thank your Designer at the same time!
9. Once your project is complete, your Designer will follow-up with you to see if there is anything additional needed, or another project we can assist you with. We love referrals and reward you for them! When you refer someone to Armada Design Center and they complete a project with us, you will receive CASH based upon the amount of the project. Easy breezy!
